Since the foundation of the company in 1979, the entrepreneurial family, today together with 70 employees, has been doing pioneering work. The company's founders, Fritz and Burgi Bläuel, established organic olive cultivation and certified organic processing on the Peloponnese with a lot of persuasion and in partnership with farming families. Appreciation, sustainability and management from the heart are the "basic ingredients" for the delicious olive specialities, which have won over 100 awards. Since the beginning, the sustainable company philosophy has been a matter of course for the Bläuel family.
