Summer, sun and salad - this orzo salad is light and wonderfully Mediterranean. For a picnic, a quick lunch or as a side dish for a barbecue - there are many ways to enjoy this salad all summer long.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Place the orzo pasta in a salad bowl with the chopped vegetables, mezes, olives and feta.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad. Finally, sprinkle the basil on top.
