Vegan tiramisu is always delicious - especially our summer version with fresh berries. With our recipe, you can easily make the Italian classic yourself - without eggs or dairy and just as delicious as the original! Vegan Tiramisu with Berries is a delicious and refreshing dessert, perfect for those who prefer a plant-based diet. A vegan version of the classic Italian tiramisu, this dessert is made with juicy berries and a creamy vegan custard. The recipe is easy to make and makes a great sweet ending to any menu.
Traditional tiramisu is made with egg biscuits. In our vegan version, we ditch the egg cake and replace it with a vegan batter. A homemade sponge cake is easy to make. We use olive oil for the dough, which makes it wonderfully light. Olive oil is also safe to heat, so it can be used for baking.

Ingridients:
- 240 ml soy milk
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 150 g sugar
- Vanilla
- 80 ml MANI virgin olive oil
- 220 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup coffee
- 125 g vegetable yoghurt
- 200 ml vegan cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups berries
Preparation:
Mix the soy milk and apple cider vinegar and leave to curdle for about 5 minutes. The consistency should be similar to buttermilk. If necessary, let it stand a little longer.
Stir the sugar, olive oil and vanilla into the soy milk. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, sift over the mixture and fold in.
Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
Leave the dough to cool and cut out circles the size of a dessert glass.
Whip the vegan cream and mix with sugar and yoghurt.
Soak a circle of dough in coffee, place in the dessert glass, spread berries over it, spread cream over it, then layer another coffee-soaked dough, berries and finally cream. Sift cocoa powder over the top and garnish with berries.
