Cancellation right

You can cancel your contract within fourteen days (14) without specifying the reason.

The period begins upon receipt of the complete order by the customer-consignee or a third person defined by the customer.

with a clear statement (eg by post, fax or email) your decision to withdraw this contract. You can use the at every order confirmation attached model of withdrawal form which is not mandatory, though.

In order to maintain the cancellation deadline, it is enough if you send the message regarding the cancellation before the end of the deadline.

Cancellation Consequences

If you cancel this contract, we have to return to you all relevant payments received from your side including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising due to the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the standard one) immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date we received your notice about the cancellation of this contract.

For the return of the payment we will use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in any case you will not be charged with any fees for the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever case preceeds.

The goods must be promptly returned to our address Seidengasse 32, 1070 Vienna, Austria, and in any case not later than fourteen days from the date you notified us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

You only need to pay for any undermined value of the goods, if after a check it is proven that the loss of value is due unsuitable handling and affects the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
