These exquisite Naturland Fair certified MANI green organic olives have a firm, crisp texture and exude a wonderful spicy flavour. The farmers cultivate their olive trees traditionally and harvest by hand at the end of October. The olives are naturally cured for six months and preserved in sea-salt brine.
