MANI Kaspressknödel mit Kalamata Oliven geschnitten

 

Ingridients:

 

For the Kaspressknödel:

 

  • 300 g bread cubes
  • 300 ml warm milk
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g feta chees
  • 180 g MANI Kalamata olives sliced 
  • Nutmeg
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • MANI virgin olive oil for frying

 

For the Tzatziki:

 

Preparation:

 

Pour the warm milk over the bread cubes and set aside.

Finely dice the onion and sauté it in some olive oil.

Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the sautéed onions and the rest of the ingredients into the soaked bread cubes.

Heat some olive oil in a pan. Form dumplings from the bread mixture, flatten them slightly, and fry them until crispy on both sides.

In the meantime, coarsely grate the cucumber, press or finely chop the garlic cloves, and mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the Kaspressknödel with the Tzatziki.
