Potato salad

Ingridients:

• 1 kg waxy potatoes
• 1 red onion
• 3 large radishes
• 1/2 cup MANI extra virgin olive oil, Selection
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 pinch of sugar
• salt & pepper
• Oregano, rosemary, sage
