MANI Bläuel

For more than 40 years, the MANI Bläuel family business has been a pioneer of ecological-social business. Appreciation, ethical motivation and lived sustainability are the "basic ingredients" for the enjoyable MANI olive specialities. The sustainable corporate philosophy continues in the support of the Lysos Herb Garden project. Around the Bläuel production site in Greece, 30,000 square metres of farmland have been made available to the social project. Mediterranean herbs have been grown and processed here since 2020. The first herbs have now emerged from the joint cooperation and are placed on the market through the MANI channels.

Please note:

The herbs are grown without pesticides and according to ecological requirements, but are not yet certified organic. The certification process is a multi-year process that is still ongoing.
